Refund policy
If you're not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return it to us for an exchange or refund. All returns must be postmarked within 30 days of the purchase date, and the returned items must be unused and in new condition.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at myumichan.co@gmail.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Once you have received your RMA number, securely pack the item in its original packaging and mail it to the address provided (please email us to obtain the return address).
Please note that you will be responsible for all shipping charges associated with returning the item, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method.
Once we receive your return and confirm that the item is in its original condition, we will process your refund or exchange within seven (7) days. We'll send you an email notification once your return has been processed.
If the item you received was damaged or defective, please contact our customer service team at the email address above to arrange for a refund or exchange.
